Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the time of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refund Options

The following are refund approved scenarios. We will refund your purchase or provide a complimentary replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Accidental Orders
  • Faulty Product (music does not play or load)
  • Shipment Lost in Transit

In these situations, we will either refund your original purchase or, we will send a working replacement at no cost to you.

Late or missing refunds

Most payment processors take 2-5 business days (M-F) to process refunds. Sometimes this may take up to 14 days to fully resolve. Please contact us at support@musicstickmarket.com if you have not gotten a refund within this window.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and certain promotional items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they were lost by the mail carrier, defective, or damaged. If this issue arises, send us an email at support@musicstickmarket.com and we will provide further instructions for how to handle the exchange or replacement.

Shipping returns

We will provide in-depth details for returns. Approved returns will include instructions, pre-paid shipping labels, and recommended packaging.
